ORDER FAQS

How do I get my awesome logo on a product?

Purchase the product you want and choose the customised option on the product page. After you have placed your order, email your logo in a vector format (.ai, .svg, .eps) to custom@pennyandmeriwether.com

Our designer will mock up your product and email a proof for you to approve before the order is sent to production.

How long does it take to process my order?

Our processing time is approximately 1-2 days. We aim to ship all orders received before 2pm (GMT) on the same day, however, due to exceptional circumstances this may not always be possible. If there is likely to be a delay in processing or shipping your order, we will contact you.

Why have I not received my order?

Once your order ships, you should receive a email notification and a link to track your order if applicable. If you haven't received this or you still require assistance, please contact help@pennyandmeriwether.com

What shipping services do you offer?

For domestic shipments within the UK, our standard shipping service is Royal Mail First Class. We offer options to upgrade the shipment to a Tracked 24 service or a DPD Next Day courier service.

For international shipments, we use DPD as our international courier.

I have ordered the wrong item. How do I edit my order?

It happens to the best of us. Email help@pennyandmeriwether.com straight away to edit your order before it is shipped.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within one hour of receiving the order confirmation to receive a full refund.

If you would like to cancel after the order has been processed, you will be responsible for paying the return postage fee.

Do you offer a discount if I want to order more than 1?

We offer wholesale pricing for orders of more than 2 units. Please email trade@pennyandmeriwether.com if you would like to discuss becoming a wholesale partner.

DELIVERY FAQS

How long does delivery take?

We aim to ship all orders within 48 hours, however if you order before 2pm (GMT), we'll do our best to ship your order the same day. 

Our estimated shipping times are as follows;

United Kingdom: 1 working day*

European Union: 3-7 working days*

Rest of World: 5-12 working days*

*Please note, delivery times are based on estimates from our shipping agents and cannot be guaranteed. 

Which countries do you ship to?

We have not yet found a country that we can not ship to, however if you feel your country may be an exception, email help@pennyandmeriwether.com and we will check to make sure we can ship to you without any issue.

Shipping costs will vary depending on the country. Please contact us at help@pennyandmeriwether.com if you would like to get a quote for shipping before placing your order.

Which shipping agent do you use?

We currently use DPD and Royal Mail for shipping, depending on the specific country.

Can you deliver to a P.O. Box?

Sadly not. We ask that all customers provide a full address as all items must be signed for upon receipt.

Will I be charged customs duty on my purchase?

Handling and custom fees may apply to packages sent outside the E.U. Any duties payable will be the sole responsibility of the customer and may need to be paid at the time of delivery.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept debit/credit card, Paypal and Amazon pay.

My promotion code is not working. What do I do?

Please contact help@pennyandmeriwether.com and we'll do what we can to help.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Can I return my product?

All customised items are non returnable and non refundable unless faulty.

Please contact returns@pennyandmeriwether.com within 30 days of receiving your product for help with returns or if your product is faulty. 

Can I exchange my product for another product?

If your product arrives faulty or not as described, you can exchange your product by returning the product in its original condition within 30 days of receiving it.

Please contact returns@pennyandmeriwether.com for help with returns. 

How long will it take to process my refund?

If your product is faulty or not as described, we will refund or exchange your product. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method and may take approximately 5 days to appear in your account.

I was given one of your products as a gift, can I return it?

Unfortunately, if the product has been customised, it is non returnable and non refundable. If you have received an unbranded product, you will receive a gift credit to the value of your product.
